"Nyukyosha Cafe" is a portal site that is only available to those who are contracted with Casa. Casa offers residents generously priced products and a wide array of services that have been carefully selected. So please feel free to make use of them in a variety of different scenes.
Those who are using "Nyukyosha Cafe" for the first time will need to set up an ID and password.
This can also be used on an app. (* Compatible operating systems: iOS 9.0 or higher/Android 4.0.4 or higher/The communication fee will be covered by the customer.)

In addition to providing consultations about rent, we also tailor our support to the individual needs of our customers by supplying them with food, offering them consultations for relocating homes and finding employment, as well as informing them about the public support systems available and much more.

Consultations About Rent
If you are having trouble paying your rent due to your income being reduced as a result of a variety of reasons such as unemployment, sickness, or divorce, we will consult you on the payment date or propose an incremental payment plan to you. Ultimately, we are here to help you make regular payments for your rent.

Food Support
If you are in a situation where you are unable to afford meals, we will work alongside a food bank that provides food support, so that we can deliver food supplies to you. During urgent situations, we will also make sure to deliver directly to your home. Food Bank: Second Harvest Japan

Housing Support
If you wish to move elsewhere, we will assist you by accompanying you through a process, which begins with finding a new home and ends with signing a lease agreement.
If you do not have a guarantor, we will also offer you an apartment that will allow you to use us as your guarantor. Additionally, if you do not have any emergency contacts, fear not, as we will assist you up until the signing of your lease agreement by using a corporation that will verify your safety. -
Employment Support
We will provide those of you who are unemployed and looking for work with vocational training and information about jobs that your local governments are currently accepting employment applications for.
As for those who are unable to find a job and those with an unstable income, we will also accompany you to a temp agency to help you get registered. -
Public Support
We will first ask you about your current living conditions, before suggesting a government-run benefit system, welfare system, or public assistance program to help you out. In addition, if you are anxious about consulting a governmental office alone or have been refused assistance after consulting a governmental office, we will also accompany you and help you to apply for public support.

- Q. I was not able to pay my rent (via direct debit), so what should I do about it?
- A. Please contact our customer service center (03-5339-1067). Our staff will help you.
- Q. When will I receive the payment form for the annual guarantee fee?
- A. Every year after you sign the agreement, we will send you the payment form two months before the month you moved into your apartment. You will need to pay for this payment form at a convenience store. However, if you would like to pay from a bank, please click here.
- Q. I would like to change the bank account I use to pay for my rent via direct debit. What should I do?
- A. Please contact our customer service center (03-5339-1067), so that we can send you the procedure documents for this.
